The necklace is gorgeous and the packaging is stunning! I'm really pleased with the product, but I gotta say, the delivery via DHL was a total hassle. It was a gift for my sister's birthday, and she didn't receive it until a week later, which was a bummer. I understand it's not your fault, though.

I received a necklace from Jools and let me tell you, the quality is top-notch! My husband gifted it to me for my birthday, and I can't get enough of it! I had to stop wearing my previous necklace since the latch was always snagging my hair - but that’s not an issue with this one at all. I'm absolutely thrilled! I’ll surely be placing another order soon :D

I got a lovely bracelet back in December. Tried to sign up for that extended two-year warranty, but there’s just no way to do it! Funny enough, my bracelet ended up breaking. Now I’m heading back to John Lewis to see if I can get a replacement, repair, or maybe a refund. Fingers crossed Jools will lend a hand.

It’d be nice if you could make it clearer on that silly card you toss in the box, which just says to visit the website for the two-year warranty! That doesn’t really explain much when you actually check the site. Sadly, I’m not a mind reader. It’d be great if you could clarify things so folks can actually get that warranty!

Honestly, I’m not too fussed about your goodwill gesture since it probably would’ve broken too, given how cheap it feels. Your attitude is pretty off, and I hope no one else has to deal with your nonsense.

On a brighter note, I did get a brand new replacement from John Lewis! So, take that, Jools! 😂
